DIY : How to Make a Better Strawberry Pallet Planter

DIY : How to Make a Better Strawberry Pallet Planter

I had my first set of pallets and decided after seeing this post, that this would be my first pallet project. With the help of my friend, we broke them down, then built two of these in about 2 hours. We still have to put the liner, soil and plants in, but I am very pleased with how they turned out. This is such a great idea!

DIY : Summer Crown Braid Hair Tutorial

DIY : Summer Crown Braid Hair Tutorial

Cut a 1 wide strip of your favorite fabric – the length will depend on how long your pigtails are. you can measure and trim the fabrike when you get your pigtails up.
Split your hair into two seections. you can use a hair pick to make a straight line on the back of your head. or split it freehand . use a clear hair tie to put the two sections into igtails.
To add the fabric strips, grab another clear hair and tie the strips to your pigtails. Split a pigtail into three sections and braid down to the tip and tie off with a clear hair tie. Repeat with the other pigtail.
Grab the end of the right side braid and wrap the braid up and over the top over your head towarsd the left side braid and wrap it towards the right side of your head. and pin in place.
Tuck in; pin; and hide any lose strands of hair. If a piece of fabric is popping out, sneak it back into your hair and pin it away. Finish with some hair spray to hold in place. And you’re done!

DIY: Paper Roll Christmas Wreath

DIY: Paper Roll Christmas Wreath

I found this charming project on a Hungarian blog of Lavender Girl. You will need only: toilet paper rolls, paint, plasticine and hot glue.
First of all you need to paint the toilet papers in green, after it dries cut them in four strips.
Glue them in five petalled flowers and paint the inside.
Once finished with the flowers is time to glue them together in a wreath shape. ( Make two heaps one bigger and one smaller and glue it top of each other )
Meanwhile make some black berries from plasticine and put it the oven for 30 minutes after that just glue it on the wreath, just like in the photo.

DIY: Rainbow Table
Lady Croissant changed one, small Ikea table, using solid-colored washi tapes which became an inspiration for Elise from “Enjoy it” blog. Both are wonderful and creative, though made the same way (except that Elise used paper tapes). I liked the small one because I have got the same and always wanted to embellish it somehow. Elise’s desk looks amazing, and our craft table could do with those colors (though Simon hates stripes).
